Items damaged in transit due to negligence of the shipping company are eligible for an exchange of the same item. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, you must submit the form below within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment. Please include your full name, order number, and telephone number and we will respond with return shipping instructions. You are responsible to pay any and all shipping costs to return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement.
Since all items are insured with the shipping company, you may be eligible to recover the shipping cost you pay to return the defective unit to us for an exchange. If your return shipping cost is covered under the insurance claim with the shipping company, we will notify you upon completion of the claim so that you can recover your return shipping cost.
