The unlock process can be a bit difficult if you are not familiar with the nuances of using our product.
If you have difficulty performing the unlock procedure, the following information will help you.
Info: Using the n2elite on some phones and tablets is all about timing and distance. How far you hold the N2elite unit, and how fast you move it in.
Please review the troubleshooting procedures listed below.
Troubleshooting Procedure 1: There is a common error due to some NFC smart phones having a very weak NFC antenna. It is very important in such cases to try and place the N2Elite as close as possible to the NFC antenna of the phone. Each phone has a slightly different position of antenna therefore the user must try look up where his antenna is for his/her phone.
Once you identify the location of your phone’s NFC antenna, please make sure the N2elite is placed with its BOTTOM toward the phone antenna, the bottom part is where the N2elite antenna is closest. Please also be patient with NFC reading / writing, usually the phone needs about 1-2 seconds to register a new NFC device, and updating of N2elite firmware can take up to 20 seconds to complete.
